JennyCRM Customer Relationship Management

An AI-native customer relationship management product — customer public pool / follow-up / opportunity funnel. From a single lead to a closed deal, one system handles it all.

JennyCRM is a standalone, AI-native CRM product from Jenny (standalone site jennycrm.com), and at the same time the "customer-management hub" reused across Jenny's various business systems. It manages the full sales pipeline of customers, contacts, follow-ups, and opportunities, and makes AI the foundation of the product rather than a decoration.

Internal beta / grayscale rollout in progress

JennyCRM is currently in internal beta and intensive development, with features and interface still iterating rapidly. The entry into JennyCRM from the fabric system for fabric-software users is not yet fully open — only a small grayscale group for now, and the official opening date will follow the official notice. This article is a product introduction / preview, not a complete operation manual — the actual views, buttons, and flows depend on the version you see.

How does it relate to "business contacts" in the fabric software?

This is the easiest point to confuse, so let's clear it up first.

The feature in Jenny Fabric Software for managing customer/supplier records is called contacts — it has 9 types (customer, finished-fabric supplier, greige supplier, processor, dye house, etc.) and uses the "owner" mechanism for data permissions, primarily serving inventory and production document creation: only whoever owns a given customer can see that customer's sales notes, receipts and payments, and money flows.

JennyCRM is not a module inside the fabric software, but an independent product line. The relationship between the two is:

PositioningCustomer & supplier records within fabric inventory/productionCustomer master data of a standalone CRM product
PerspectiveTransaction and document-creation perspective (documents, debts, money)Sales perspective (lead → follow-up → opportunity → deal)
DataOne set of data inside the fabric systemA separate, independent set of data, which can be synced from fabric "contacts"
Added capabilitiesOwner / data permissionsOn top of synced customers, adds: customer tier, star rating, tags, public pool, follow-up records, opportunity funnel

In short: fabric "contacts" answers "who manages this customer's documents and money"; JennyCRM answers "where this customer came from, what follow-up stage they're at, and how likely this deal is to close." The data of the two can be connected, each handling its own part.

Same account set

JennyCRM reuses your Jenny account — enter from Jenny Software with no separate login, and the password is not stored separately on the CRM side. Teams already using Jenny Software don't need to register a separate account.

Core capabilities at a glance

👥 Customer management

  • Customer records — filter and manage by dimensions such as customer tier, industry, and source
  • Duplicate check — automatically compares before creating a record, avoiding entering the same customer twice

🌊 Customer public pool (multi-person collaboration without overlapping leads)

Put customers that no one is currently following up into the public pool, where salespeople claim them on their own; after being claimed, a customer that goes without follow-up for a long time is automatically returned to the public pool, so leads don't "go dormant" in any one person's hands. This is the core mechanism for multi-person sales teams to prevent overlapping leads and keep leads active.

📇 Contacts and follow-up records

  • Contacts — multiple contact people under one customer
  • Follow-up records — every call, visit, and communication leaves a trace, with support for follow-up templates for quick logging

🔻 Opportunity funnel (a real sales pipeline)

This is the core of JennyCRM.

  • Sales stages — manage opportunities by stage (initial contact → proposal → quotation → deal, etc.)
  • Drag on the board to change stage — drag opportunity cards to the next stage like a kanban board
  • Funnel view — see at a glance how many opportunities are in each stage and where they're stuck
  • Weighted forecast — weight opportunity amounts by stage win rate to estimate future revenue

🏷️ Tags · import/export · reports

  • Tags — tag customers for flexible grouping
  • Excel import/export — bulk customer data in and out
  • Reports — customer distribution, opportunity analysis, follow-up statistics, and to-do reminders, with your sales situation visible on a single screen

📧 EDM email marketing

Built-in email marketing: email templates + SMTP configuration + bulk send, reaching out to customers after grouping them.

🤖 AI-native capabilities

JennyCRM makes AI the foundation of the product, not a plugin added afterward:

  • Paste to create a record — paste a piece of text (business-card info, chat logs, the other party's introduction), and AI automatically parses it into a structured customer record
  • AI customer briefing — automatically summarizes a customer's situation, to review before following up
  • Copilot Q&A assistant — query your CRM data in natural language
  • Daily briefing — automatically generates a daily summary of "who to follow up with today and what to-dos there are"

How to enter / how to use

  • Standalone access — open the standalone site jennycrm.com in your browser
  • Future no-login entry from Jenny Software — jump directly to JennyCRM from within Jenny Software, with no need to log in again (this entry is in small-scale grayscale and not yet fully open, subject to the official notice)

Still under intensive development

JennyCRM's views and features are still iterating rapidly, and this page is only a product introduction. To get early access or learn about grayscale progress, contact us via the customer-service button within Jenny Software.
