AI features charge against the company balance (¥) by usage. Top-up amounts come with bonus balance on a "the more you top up, the more you get" basis; the specific packages / bonus rules are whatever's actually shown in the software under "App market / AI top-up." Below is for reference.

Tip 1: Batch Recognition Is Better Value Than Single Shots

Color-card AI supports recognizing dozens of color numbers from a single photo — shoot the customer's whole color card clearly at once, and one recognition yields dozens of color blocks. Cheaper than shooting N small images and recognizing N times (charged N times).

Tip 2: Use Image Search for Some Scenarios Instead

Image search is not billed per use and unlimited once activated (activation is in the App Market; currently a limited-time ¥0 — go by the App Market's price on the day). If you just want to check whether the library has similar fabric, use image search rather than AI recognition (AI recognition is for "new sample entry").

Tip 3: Sharpen Blurry Images First

AI recognition is more accurate the clearer the image — one success is cheaper than repeated retries. Recommendations:

  • Plenty of light (natural light is best)
  • Lay the label / color card flat and unwrinkled
  • Focus the lens clearly
  • One recognition target per photo (don't shoot multiple labels together)

Tip 4: Top Up More for Bonus Balance

Top-ups use a "the more you top up, the more you get" approach — the larger the amount, the more bonus balance. The specific bonus rules are whatever the software's top-up page shows; you can also watch for in-software prompts or promotions in the support group.

Every AI call has a detailed record:

  • The AI feature called
  • Time
  • The operating employee
  • Amount charged

FAQ

Q: Can balance be shared across multiple companies?

A: No. Balance is tied to a company account and is isolated between companies. If one employee is a member of two companies, in Company A they use Company A's balance, and in Company B they use Company B's balance.

Q: Can balance be gifted / withdrawn / refunded?

A: No. Balance can only be used within the company and cannot be gifted / withdrawn. For refund policy, consult support (generally the used portion is non-refundable, and the unused portion is negotiated based on the top-up promotion).

Q: Can I get a refund if an AI recognition was wrong once?

A: A single failed recognition (returning an error) is not charged; but a result with a discrepancy (e.g. recognizing "polyester" as "polyster") is considered charged. You can re-run the recognition or correct it manually.

Q: Does the basic enterprise edition's annual fee include AI costs?

A: No. AI costs are charged separately from the company balance (like phone airtime being separate from the phone plan). The annual fee includes basic features + 5 seats.

Q: Can I set up a corporate paid account where each department uses its own balance?

A: Not currently splittable by department. The whole company shares one balance pool. You can use "Consumption details" to see how much each employee / department used, as a basis for internal assessment / cost allocation.

Q: How much is enough to top up?

A: It depends on your usage intensity. We recommend topping up a small amount to try first, then deciding future top-up amounts based on the actual charges in "Consumption details." Customers who use AI often can top up enough in one go to keep on hand (the more you top up, the more you get).
