Personal Plan
¥688 / year, annual billing only, with 1 user seat. Best for sole proprietors managing fabric samples.
Included: sample management · customers / suppliers · quotation / sample dispatch / inquiry / selection (including printing) · label printing · sharing
Not included: production orders, inventory & sales, collaboration, image search, the showroom, and all paid items in the app market (including those that are free during a promotional period).
Upgrading from Personal to Enterprise Is No Loss
When the Personal plan isn't enough and you want to upgrade to Enterprise, the remaining days are converted into credit on a pro-rata basis (¥688 × remaining days / 365) and deducted directly from the ¥1,980/year Enterprise price — with no loss from the price difference.
Enterprise Base Fee
¥1,980 / year, including 5 seats, billed annually (monthly purchase is also available at ¥199 / month).

These modules are not included in the base annual fee and must be enabled separately as needed under "Enterprise Operations → App Market" (some features are currently free for a limited time for the Enterprise plan, subject to the app market's price on the day). Among them, the Collaboration module includes 100 GB of cloud drive storage.

How App Market Billing Works
Features in the app market are all billed separately, but every one is a one-time payment for permanent use, with no annual fee.
The app market will continue to add more modules over time (such as the Fabric Inspection System, etc.).
Features That Require Recharging to Use
The following two categories rely on external resources (compute / third-party APIs) and require recharging based on usage:
- AI Design, AI Agent, and other compute-consuming features
- Sample courier tracking (including the customer-facing lookup entry) and other features that call third-party APIs
Free Alternatives
Jenny Software will continually roll out free alternatives that offer a comparable experience without consuming compute or API calls, so basic needs are always covered.
After-Sales Service Scope
- Online after-sales: included in the annual fee
- On-site service: arranged separately — travel costs are generally charged extra outside the Keqiao urban core
Hardware Compatibility
- The software is compatible with mainstream hardware devices on the market
- For an unsupported device, we provide a free adaptation service
- Jenny also sells its own hardware devices, and after-sales for our own hardware is provided by us

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What do the 5 seats mean?
A: 5 employee accounts. Once a company has activated the plan, it can invite 5 employees to use it simultaneously; beyond 5 people, add seats at ¥360 / seat / year.
Q: Do app market modules require an annual payment?
A: No. Each module in the app market is a one-time payment for permanent use, with no annual fee. The annual fee applies only to the base Enterprise plan.
Q: How are AI features billed?
A: AI Design, AI Agent, and similar features are billed based on compute consumption and require recharging before use. Free alternatives are available for basic use.
Q: With "buy 2 years, get 2 months," does the bonus apply to the base Enterprise plan or to additional seats too?
A: Both. The multi-year discount applies to both the base annual fee and additional seats.
Q: What if I buy hardware and it can't be adapted?

Q: How do I choose between Personal and Enterprise?
A: For solo use, managing only samples and quotations → Personal (¥688/year); for multi-user collaboration and using production orders / inventory & sales / collaboration / image search / showroom → Enterprise (¥1,980/year, including 5 seats). You can upgrade from Personal to Enterprise at any time, with remaining days credited pro-rata.
Q: How does private deployment work?
A: For enterprises with private-deployment / customization needs, contact support to discuss plans and pricing. Day-to-day SaaS customers can simply use the cloud version to get new features the moment they ship.
