Printer Driver Downloads and Manufacturer Support
Advice on handling printer problems
A printer is a specialized hardware device, and the manufacturer is the true expert—they know the technical details of every product, have professional repair staff, and offer on-site service and warranty coverage. For any printer-related problem, contacting the printer manufacturer's support first usually resolves it faster.
Jenny Software is also glad to assist you with printer-related issues—this is an extra service we provide. But due to expertise and resource limits, for problems with the hardware itself (paper jams, won't power on, print quality, etc.), the manufacturer's support handles them more professionally and promptly than we can.
Below is a roundup of official support phone numbers and support portals for each printer brand. We hope it helps.
Thermal label printers
Used to print fabric roll labels and sample labels, attached to fabric hang tags.

Situations where we're also happy to assist
Even with a printer hardware issue, if you'd like us to take a look before contacting the manufacturer, we'll do our best to help determine whether it's a software or hardware issue and save you time. Just understand that we can't always solve deep hardware problems, and you may ultimately still need the manufacturer to step in.
